Any sampling or use of another person(s) intellectual property, public performing rights, public performance license, reproduction rights, mechanical license, synchronization license, digital performance right in sound recordings, publishing rights, master recordings, or any other legal rights without direct written permission from the owner(s) is strictly prohibited. That Pitch will not be held liable for any copyright infringement or illegal actions performed by any of our users, nor will That Pitch be held accountable in any civil lawsuits, criminal lawsuits, or for any damages (financial or otherwise) which may result due to such activities. Per our 3-strikes policy for Repeat Infringers, this may result in actions taken against your account (up to and including account termination without notice or a refund) Please also note this may pose serious legal ramifications for you, which you are fully liable for.
